Dear colleagues and friends,

The 12th European Conference on Pediatric and Neonatal Ventilation will again be in Montreux; Switzerland, which will continue to provide the unique and ideal environment for our meeting.

As in previous years, thematic sessions include lectures by key experts and well-known speakers on various topics related to ventilation and respiratory failure in newborns and children. With the previous very positive and exciting experience integrating nursing in the educational program, we will offer again a nursing programme, that will be partially integrated and partially be recognizable as an independent educational track.

We will continue to emphasize free paper and poster presentations offering young pediatricians, neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatric anesthesists, and pediatric and neonatal intensive care nurses, a multidisciplinary forum where they can present their research and share their clinical experience with all participants. In addition, according to our strong commitment to education, we will offer again a series of pre-congress workshops that will focus on very practical bedside issues.

We are inviting you to participate and to make this 12th European Conference on Pediatric and Neonatal Ventilation a high standard event and a tremendous success. We are looking forward to seeing you in Montreux in  May 2014.
